Inspired by arm chairs of the 1930’s, this chair is made from fiberglass and vintage fabric encased in resin. The chair is lit from the inside producing a wonderful soft hue through the fabric. Campbell refers to his chair as a play on a reserved artifact. Campbell custom makes all the Eudora chairs.

Critz Campbell

Critz Campbell

Critz Campbell was born in 1967 in Mississippi. He studied at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and completed a post graduate study in Portugal at the Penland School of Craft. He went on to particiapte in an intense study of furniture design and fabrication at John Makepeace’s Parnham College. In 2000, Critz opened a studio in Chicago and since then has shown work in several exhibitions. He recieved the “Emerging Artist Fellowship” from the NEA and Missippi Arts Council in 1996.
